Innovacyn was created out of my love of animals. I grew up on a farm where I raised a variety of animals—both domestic and agricultural. The joy that came from caring for these animals over the years was my inspiration to enter the animal health business.

A large part of my motivation was the need for a safe wound care solution that had a broad range of capability—from pets to livestock. The result was the launch of Vetericyn in 2009. With the pressing need for wound management solutions in the human market, we expanded the science and launched Puracyn.

As Innovacyn continues to grow as a business and expand our product selections, we will stay true to the vision that first inspired me on the ranch so many years ago—to reach and help as many animals and people as possible.

As Vice President, Kevin strives to impact the health and welfare of Innovacyn’s customers. With 30 years of experience at Burlingame Industries he is proud to represent the Innovacyn family of products. He holds a MBA in Management from Claremont University.

With 24 years of experience in operations management, and as Executive Vice President, Seamus is proud to provide affordable, simple-to-use products that will benefit people and animals around the world. He holds a B.S. in Production and Operations Management and an MBA from the Peter F. Drucker School of Management at Claremont University.

Victor has over 24 years of experience with the Burlingame family and has been actively involved with the start up of Innovacyn. He is currently acting as the Vice President of Regulatory and Compliance. Before joining the company, Victor received his Law Degree at the University of Santa Maria, in Venezuela.

Sukhi joined Burlingame Industries in 1985 as a Programmer. She currently oversees the Shipping Department and Customer Service for Innovacyn, ensuring the highest quality service and customer satisfaction.

Dr. Hungnan Lo joined Innovacyn as Vice President, Technical Operations in 2014. Dr. Lo brings 20 years of senior management experience in product innovation and commercialization, primarily in the areas of wound care and infection control. He received his doctorate degree in biomedical and chemical engineering from the Johns Hopkins University.

Scott has been with Innovacyn for the past 11 years and has been working within the Burlingame portfolio of companies for the past 23 years.  Scott brings a diverse background to Innovacyn.   With an upbringing as the 5th generation on his families cattle ranch, Scott has a passion for animal health and the continuous improvement surrounding agricultural practices.  Scott earned marketing and business management degrees from the University of Idaho and holds an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University.

Charles has over 29 years of production operations management experience and has been actively involved with the start-up of Innovacyn.  Charles is the VP of Manufacturing for all of Burlingame Industries, Inc. manufacturing divisions (Innovacyn, Eagle Roofing Products, and Burlingame Industries Manufacturing).  He oversees all product manufacturing, bottling, packaging, and maintenance of cleanroom facilities and is dedicated to provide the highest quality product and customer satisfaction.  He holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from the University of North Dakota.

Richard “Ritch” Duquette has 19 years of experience with the Burlingame family as their controller and 35 years in the accounting and finance industry.  He has been actively involved with and is proud to be a part of the Innovacyn family of products.  Ritch is a CPA and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, Fullerton.

Scott has 20 years of experience in animal health distribution prior to coming aboard with Innovacyn in 2010.  Serving in different outside sales positions, management, and leadership positions, he has brought these experiences to Innovacyn and continues to make significant contributions to growing and expanding Innovacyn’s animal health offerings.  Scott especially enjoys working for the Burlingame family because of their commitment to innovation and the people that make up the Innovacyn team. He graduated with a B.S. from Michigan State University.

Sonny has been working alongside the Burlingame family for over 11 years and was one of the first sales team members at Innovacyn.  He has been instrumental at pioneering the Vetericyn brand to what it is today and continues to cultivate strong relationships with sales partners.  He is proud to work for a family owned business that brings innovative products to the animal health industry. Sonny earned his degree from California State University, Stanislaus.

Michelle has been with Innovacyn since 2014 and currently oversees marketing communications for both animal and human healthcare brands, Vetericyn® and Puracyn® . She plays a key role in optimizing b2b and b2c product messaging and monitors both brands to be in sync across eCommerce and brick and mortar retailers. With a dynamic online selling environment, Michelle researches and activates new digital tools to position Innovacyn for staying ahead of marketplace trends. Michelle graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, San Bernardino.
